Training Provider receives an acknowledgement email confirming successful submission.

Internal Review and Due Diligence

COURSE REGISTRATION STATUS UPDATE

 

We wish to inform all Training Providers that a data updating exercise was successfully implemented on 8 April 2026 to ensure the accuracy, relevance and integrity of course records in the e-TRiS system.

As a result, courses that no longer meet the active criteria have been reclassified as ‘inactive’.

Only courses meeting one or more of the following criteria remain active:

    • Courses registered in 2025 or 2026;
    • Courses with at least one (1) grant approval in 2025 or 2026; or
    • Professional Certification courses.

 

Courses that do not meet the above criteria have been set to ‘inactive’ as part of this enhancement initiative.

Training Providers may submit new course registrations in accordance with current requirements.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to strengthen the quality and relevance of the training offerings for the nation.
