Step 1: Walk-In Submission Training Provider visits HRD Corp Customer Service Counter and submits complete registration documents. Step 2: Manual Registration in e-TRiS Officer performs manual submission and registration entry into the e-TRiS system. Step 3: Acknowledgement Notification Training Provider receives an acknowledgement email confirming successful submission. |

We wish to inform all Training Providers that a data updating exercise was successfully implemented on 8 April 2026 to ensure the accuracy, relevance and integrity of course records in the e-TRiS system.
As a result, courses that no longer meet the active criteria have been reclassified as ‘inactive’.
Only courses meeting one or more of the following criteria remain active:
Courses that do not meet the above criteria have been set to ‘inactive’ as part of this enhancement initiative.
Training Providers may submit new course registrations in accordance with current requirements.
