The tenderer should have experience in the rental of multifunction printer (MFP) machines, demonstrating the capability to provide comprehensive solutions and services in the realm of MFP technology.

The tenderer shall first be registered with HRD Corp prior to the purchase of the RFP document through the online supplier registration at hrdcorp.gov.my/procurement > Supplier Portal section > New Registration. Tenderers who have already registered on our Supplier Portal can proceed to Login.

Purchase of RFP document MUST be made from 1^st February 2024 (Thursday) to 7^th February 2024 (Wednesday) and can only be bought online through HRD Corp’s Supplier Portal at hrdcorp.gov.my.

The price of one (1) copy of the RFP document is RM100.00. Payment is to be made online. Should the RFP be accepted, failed, re-tendered or terminated, the purchase cost of the RFP document will not be returned or refunded.

Completed RFPs must be submitted and uploaded via the APS platform by/before 12.00 PM, 11^th March 2024 (Monday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
