FOR AEROSPACE INDUSTRY
The Industrial Skills Framework (IndSF) – Aerospace is a comprehensive document developed to benefit individuals on skills development, employers on enhancing human capital and training providers on crafting insightful training modules in the Aerospace industry.
The document covers the following:
Considering the ever-changing dynamics of the Aerospace industry, HRD Corp, together with collaborators, developed two IndSF documents to cater to two of its subsectors, namely Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and Manufacturing.
IndSF Aerospace for MRO was developed with Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) while IndSF Aerospace for Manufacturing was developed in collaboration with Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA), National Aerospace Industry Coordinating Office (NAICO) and supported by Selangor Darul Ehsan Aerospace Industry Coordination Office (S-DAICO).
