SME DEVELOPMENT

OVERVIEW

SME Development is a programme designed to support the Government’s aspirations in developing and increasing the level of productivity of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by enhancing their workforce’s skills and capabilities.

This programme offers a defined learning pathway consisting of 16 to 36 hours of on-demand online training modules that focus on the following skills:

Strategic

Designed for the middle and upper management to develop their management skills to drive businesses to be more competitive.

Functional

Designed for the operational employees of the SMEs to develop their skills and productivity.
The learning pathways in this programme are carefully curated for the participants to help them obtain the right and necessary skills to remain competitive in the industry.

The premium training modules under SME Development programme are also provided by our globally recognised partners like Harvard, Skillsoft, and Cegos Training, just to name a few. Seats are limited and based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
