Associate Customer Acquisition, Regional Acquisition (Central)

Job Purpose:

To help drive the registration of new HRD Corp employers throughout Malaysia via various strategies and platform in achieving the target/KPls set by our Organisation, in accordance to HRD Corp’s business objectives.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible to drive the number of HRD Corp registered employer
  2. Responsible in helping the Head of Unit (HOU) in coordination matters related to driving the numbers for the newly registered employers and in achieving the target/KPls set.
  3. Responsible on selected engagement with potential stakeholders as well as successful implementation / execution of programmes and activities planned.
  4. Responsible for any data, analysis, report(s), presentation deck etc related to Regional Acquisition as a whole.
  5. To be involved in the formulation of the unit’s budget planning, monitoring and management, together with the HOU.
  6. To undertake other reasonable duties as required by the Management to support HRD Corp’s business objectives.

 

Preferred Qualification & Relevant Experience:

  • Degree in statistics/management/mass communication/business or related disciplines.
  • Certificate in project management/data mining/data scientist/secretarial etc would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Knowledgeable in HRD Corp matters would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business operation environment with strong business acumen and understand the intricacies of the services and industrial sectors.
  • Ability to speak and read other language will be an added advantage
