Associate (Compliance & Enforcement)

Job Purpose:

Investigate and manage non-compliance cases by exercising the power of corporation under Section 5 of PSMB Act 2001 to ensure necessary actions are taken against the defaulters prior/and escalation to the authorities.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible to assist head of unit in planning strategies & initiatives for the team to receive complaints and conduct inquiries on false claim & fraudulent cases.
  2. Responsible to support other unit activities in the department.
  3. Responsible to assist head of unit in developing standard operating procedures (SOP), policies and guidelines to ensure standards and quality assurance of the Enforcement Unit.
  4. Responsible to assist head of unit in planning strategies & initiatives for other task assigned with regards to the compliance of the PSMB Act 2001 & its regulations.
  5. Responsible to assist head of unit in ensuring report, data, statistic & other documents involving Enforcement Unit are prepared when required by the Management.
  6. Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management.

 

Key Requirement:

  1. High level of understanding of PSMB Act & its Regulations, and able to convey its information without difficulties.
  2. High level of integrity, accountability, responsibility & public relation in managing compliance & enforcement cases.
  3. Certification in law enforcement / compliance is an added advantage
  4. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  5. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  6. Able to travel frequently.
